I haven't even watched this yet but I know it's gonna be amazing because Internet Pitstop is the best and Parasyte is a kick-ass show. I re-watched the anime earlier this year as well as the live action show on Netflix. It was pretty good!

Very inspiring video I watched last night! As I've gotten older, one of the things I've come to recognize and appreciate is when someone has passion for something. Anything! Seeing people gush about a thing that they love, or watching someone do something they're really good at or that they really enjoy, is just part of the authentic human experience. That's part of why I like Neocities, and the old web vibe. Before monetization was the goal, people were just doing stuff on the internet 'cause it was fun. It's great that people can make money off of sharing their content, now. I just want to see people enjoying themselves and having a fun time, not killing themselves because what was once a fun passion has become a miserable grind. Unfortunately, the content serving algorithms on Youtube can outright kill channels if they deviate from the optimal behavior. That turned very rambly and kinda got away from the original content of the video, but the rules are made up and the points don't matter, so whatever!

Internet Pitstop is my current obsession. If you're here, there's a significant chance that a 5 hour longform video essay on the appreciation of anime background art might be up your alley.

Was watching some Internet Pitstop videos and saw this guy commented, who apparently had similar longform type videos.
